Who We Are

EFORT Europe is an Operating Holding Company and an R&D centre located in Turin – Italy, focused on the growth of Efort overseas business and capital allocation. The R&D centre is dedicated to developing prototypes of selected new EFORT products.

The company was founded in 2018 following a major step in the EFORT Group’s overseas expansion, as a result of intensive M&A activities in 2015-2017, which led to a successful IPO of the EFORT Group on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2020.

  • EFORT Europe boasts a wide range of expertise in the areas of mechanical, electrical/motion and software development. The company’s main focus is developing prototypes of selected new products for the EFORT Group.

  • The company is actively involved in artificial intelligence research through sponsorship and collaboration with the ELLIS team in Turin.

  • Thanks to its successful operations and international expansion, EFORT Group was able to list on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2020. EFORT Europe played a significant coordination role for all Overseas subsidiaries during the pre-IPO, IPO and post-IPO phase. This milestone highlights the company’s financial strength and its ability to attract investors and capital to the stock market.

EFORT Overseas

EFORT Europe is the operational holding company which, alongside the operational holding company EFORT W.F.C., deals with the business development for the overseas market of the international group EFORT Intelligent Equipment Co. Ltd., a leader in robotics and industrial automation.

In addition to its R&D centre in Italy, EFORT Europe can count on the expertise of its subsidiary EFORT Robotics, which is dedicated to the import and distribution of EFORT branded products in Europe, with the support of the other companies of the group: Autorobot-Strefa Sp. z o.o. (Poland), EFORT France Sas (France), CMA Robotics S.p.A. (Italy), CMA Roboter GmbH (Germany), O.L.C.I. Engineering S.r.l. (Italy), O.L.C.I. Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (India) and GME Aerospace Indústria de Material Composto S.A. (Brazil), held by the other operational holding company EFORT W.F.C.

Our Companies

EFORT Robotics is the EFORT Group company dedicated to the import and distribution of EFORT Intelligent Equipment Co. Ltd. products in Europe. EFORT Robotics acts as the leading importer for the European markets and, with the support of the Group’s other subsidiaries in Europe, such as Autorobot-Strefa Sp. z o.o. in Poland, EFORT France Sas in France, and CMA Roboter GmbH in Germany, it creates a strong network to cover all European Countries, the Mediterranean regions, and the North African area (EMEA Region).

Robotics Service is the EFORT Group company dedicated to Service and After Sales operations, mainly for the EFORT General Industry and Painting Business Unit in Europe.

Research & Development

EFORT Europe is one of the R&D centres of the EFORT Group with the aim of developing prototypes of selected new EFORT products. With full competence in mechanical, electrical/motion and software development, the EFORT Europe R&D centre has been successfully developing prototypes in the field of Mechatronics since 2018. EFORT R&D has a strong active partnership with the Polytechnic University of Turin and currently has 3 major PHD projects in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence applied to Automation, and Software development applied to motion controls. EFORT Europe is one of the strategic industrial references for a Turin based start-up in the field of Artificial Intelligence. EFORT Europe is a Bronze Sponsor of the European Laboratory for Learning and Intelligent Systems (ELLIS) and cooperates with the ELLIS team in Turin on Artificial Intelligence matters.
